I’m gonna have to give it to the fans that have been emailing me all day about the concert. Below I’ve pasted an excert from an AHH article and then I let the fans take it from there:
Lil Wayne made it to Richmond, Virginia to perform for a sellout crowd last night (January 25), but the rapper was more than three hours late, after spending the day in an Arizona court.
According to The Richmond-Times Dispatch, the rapper’s plane had to be rerouted while en route to Richmond, causing the him to be late to his show at the Landmark Theater, which angered fans that attended.
“I just flew in 10 minutes ago. I just had to deal with a whole lot of bulls**t today, but I guess you know that,” Lil Wayne told the crowd. “I want you to know that no one in this building had nothing to do with the attitude I got right now . . . some [stuff] happened today that made me look at life in a different way. I’m [ticked] off to the highest point right now and trying to get it together for y’all.”

I’ve spoken to numerous crowd attendees and despite popular reports Lil Wayne WAS NOT Booed off stage, he left the stage after performing about 2 songs and the crowd began to Boo the DJ who was playin some wack ass music.
Wayne then returned to the stage with NEW ENERGY and tore it up for the next hour. I encourage everyone that attended to leave comments on this post to review the concert as WE WANT TO HEAR MORE!!

He was not booed at all, and they booed after he walked off because he left. We were there for over three hours, so him walking off was really confusing. Still he came back and apologized for the way things were, and that could easily be understood considering his circumstance. He was in jail that day and had got served with papers about his Bentley. He already told us to bear with him. Plus, it seems like he is having beef with the people in his camp cuz he told the crowd to say “F… You” to the DJ booth. It was still a great show, and I commend him for even showing up at all with this he is dealing with
