Lil Wayne Sued for 2.5 milli

Rapper Lil Wayne is being sued for $2.5 Million in a copyright infringement lawsuit. According to reports, the Royalty Network filed the $2.5 million dollar lawsuit against Lil Wayne and Cash Money Records in Manhattan Federal Court on Wednesday, February 17th.

The lawsuit claim is that “Mrs. Officer” was produced by one Darius “Deezle” Harrison, who has not receive proper compensation for his creative works.

Harrison is a fellow New Orleans native who has worked with Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Yung Joc, Birdman, Teena Marie among others in the music industry.
